Shannon McCoy-Hayes
Shannon has worked with UNM STEM students for 15 years and has been with the Moses lab for two years now. She has a B.A. in Anthropology, M.A. in American Studies and is a doctoral candidate in Education Leadership. Her research focuses on first-generation and under-represented student persistence in higher education. She is the Program Manager for NM CSforAll and assists the Moses lab with other mission objectives such as the NASA Swarmathon. When not in class or in the office, you can find her traveling or writing. Sometimes both at once.
